A Familiar Partner, a Warm Welcome
When our longstanding client from Kenya came to China, we invited him to spend time with us in Quanzhou. It was an opportunity to welcome someone we already knew through business and share a little of the city we call home.
At Elephant Machinery, we see every customer as a friend. This visit gave us a simple way to put that belief into practice: make time, share a meal and enjoy the day together.

Friendship Around the Table
A meal was part of our welcome. Seated together around a table of shared dishes, our client and team had time to enjoy each other’s company away from the usual working routine.
The photographs capture what we value about these occasions: people spending time together, with room to relax. For a client travelling far from home, we wanted the invitation to feel personal and the welcome to feel easy.
In our work with hydraulic cylinders, much of the relationship with an overseas customer happens through messages, drawings and order updates. Sitting at the same table adds something those exchanges cannot quite offer: time together without an agenda.

Seeing Quanzhou with Abby
Our sales colleague Abby joined our client for the outing. Showing him around Quanzhou was a chance to share our surroundings and make memories beyond the day-to-day work that first brought us together.

We also took photographs for our guest along the way. The carved wooden surroundings, colourful decorations and hanging lanterns provided a setting for a few keepsakes from his visit.

As a hydraulic cylinder manufacturer, we care about the practical responsibilities that come with supplying our customers. We also care about being people they feel comfortable knowing and contacting. Friendship belongs alongside that professional commitment.
For us, treating customers as friends means taking an interest in their visit and making room for moments like these. A meal, an outing and a handful of photographs can become a valued part of a relationship built over time.
