Meeting Face to Face in Quanzhou
Elephant Machinery welcomed a client from a South Korean crane manufacturer to Quanzhou for a factory visit and time with our team. The visit brought together two parts of a relationship we value: a close look at our hydraulic cylinder manufacturing work and a chance to get to know each other beyond business.
Together, we toured the workshop, looked at materials and production equipment, and sat down with the drawings. Outside the factory, we shared a different view of Quanzhou, with a Ferris wheel ride and a visit to Qingyuan Mountain.

A Closer Look at the Workshop
During the tour, our client viewed the raw materials and production equipment used in our work. Walking through the workshop together gave him the opportunity to see the manufacturing environment firsthand and look closely at cylinder components with our team.
The photographs show those exchanges at the workshop floor: examining cylinders laid out beside the equipment and handling a component among rows of machined parts. These were opportunities to connect the products under discussion with the work taking place around us.

Reviewing the Drawings Together
The visit also included time to check the drawings. Seated around the table with printed sheets and a laptop, our client reviewed the details alongside our team.
Having the drawings in front of everyone gave the conversation a shared reference. It was a practical part of the visit, bringing the customer’s requirements and our manufacturing discussions to the same table.

Sharing Our City with a Friend
We wanted our guest to take home memories of Quanzhou as well as the factory. Away from the workshop, we joined him for a Ferris wheel ride, taking a photograph together with the city and river visible through the cabin windows.

We also visited Qingyuan Mountain, where another group photograph captured the outing against a backdrop of trees, mountainside and a large stone statue.

At Elephant Machinery, we see every customer as a friend. Making time to explore our city together is one way we express that belief. We were pleased to share places outside our daily working environment and enjoy our guest’s company.
From Finished Cylinders to a Photo After Delivery
The story continued beyond the visit. Production was completed, and a photograph recorded the finished hydraulic cylinders at our factory.

After receiving the products, our client sent us a photograph showing the cylinders in their opened wooden shipping crate. It was a welcome update from the other end of the delivery and another point of contact in the relationship.
